Hymns For Your Church Wedding

Most Church weddings include two or more hymns or songs.  There is nothing more embarrassing at a wedding for the congregation to be left in embarrassed silence whilst the vicar and your elderly aunt are the only ones singing along.  To avoid this, careful consideration needs to be taken.
One option is to use well known music that most people will be familiar with.
Land of Hope And Glory is a well known tune and has modern words to it "Glory in the highest"
Thaxted (I vow to thee my country) can be sung with words "O God beyond all praising"
Jerusalem can be sung with "Bring to the Lord a glad new song"
