Gem stone chips

Gem stone chips are genuine chips of gemstone that are polished. They add real interest and texture to any piece of jewellery. The trick is to select from the chips available carefully so that the ballance of a piece is right.

These three necklaces are hematite, carnelian and mother of pearl. I have used accents of colour to enhance the chips.

Chips are available in most gem stone varieties and can be made into earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings and other items.
