Favours were trraditionally given out to the female friends of the bride. Originally they consisted of small bundles of 5 almonds to signify wealth, health, fidelity, fertility and happiness.Now a days, favours have developed and although some brides prefer to go down the traditional route of the almonds, some prefer to tie the favours to wedding theme or colour, style etc.
At Crystal Velvet we create bookmark favours that can be designed individually to tie in with the colour scheme and style of your wedding. The bookmarks shown above are on a shepherd crrok bookmark in white metal with a beautiful scroll design. We also produce these ribon style bookmarks that can be made on satin or organza ribbon to match your theme. small beads and charms can be added.
